step back to a simpler time

Hollyhock House at Spring Farm

Hollyhock House is adjacent to Spring Farm and sits on its own quarter acre plot.  It is perfectly situated to enjoy the quaint and quiet streetscape of Historic Spring City.  Take in the events and happenings of Spring City from the front porch or retreat to the charm of it's own private garden.  When reserved in combination with The Farmhouse, you can take down a few posts from the back fence of Hollyhock House and you will have full access to the farm..... the lavender field, the pumpkin patch, the stream and the open grassy area.  Or simply keep the fence in tact and enjoy your own piece of heaven.

Full kitchen

Enjoy our beautifully renovated spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals for friends and family. From there, it opens to a classic dining room, with french doors into the living room on the main floor.  There are large windows all around, taking in the sunlight and the views.

historic details

Built in 1870, Hollyhock House has been fully renovated to enjoy the comforts of today, yet it retains the architectural integrity and charm of homes built by our forefathers.  The home is lovely, but most of your time will be spent nestled into the rockers on the front porch, watching the world go by.

We loved the warmth of the living room stove... warm and cozy even with the snow falling out side
— Gary P.
We loved staying at the cottage. It was so charming and authentic while stilling maintaining modern conveniences... fluffy bathroom towels, comfy beds with quality linens that felt like an expensive hotel
